By accessing and using Ekakshnex services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our SaaS products and services are provided for legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be automatically suspended.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by Ekakshnex are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ekakshnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
